Terms & Conditions (League Terms & Attendance)

Each league will last 8-11 calendar weeks depending on holidays.
3 weeks of league seeding - 7:30PM - 10:00PM
5 weeks of regular season league - 7:30PM - 10:00PM
Birdie’s Cup Champion Post-Season Knockout
Teams can choose to play on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
Players sign up as a team.
Teams must pay for the first week in advance.
Teams must provide the names of all team members.
Competitions are held across all Birdie’s Golf Lounge Locations (St. George, Utah & Cedar City, Utah).
Maximum of 18 teams.
After seeding, teams are divided into three flights.
Prizes for:
All scores in A flight.
Top 2 scores in flights B & C.
4-Man Team Scramble for all seeding and regular season weeks.
4 Man Scramble: Each player hits a ball and the players decide which of the balls to use. Play continues from that ball and all players hit until the ball is holed. Each team will compete against all other teams.
• Week 1-3: Seeding - 4 Man Scramble
• Week 4-8: Regular Season - 4 Man Scramble
• Week 9: Playoffs - Split into two 2-Man Scramble teams, average score rounded down.
• Week 10: Semi-Finals - Split into two 2-Man Scramble teams, average score rounded down.
• Week 11: Championship - Split into two 2-Man Scramble teams, average score rounded down.
Scoring is based on the score of the team
An entire team wins the league.
Scores compete within the flight.
Strokes for each week are added together and the lowest score wins.
End of season playoffs for the top 8 teams based on gross score.
In case of ties:
The final week a scorecard playoff will be conducted.
Substitutes must be reported.
Teams are responsible for the entire weekly fee.
Teams must provide their own substitutes; no extra shots or guests allowed.
Regular substitutes (3+ weeks) can be considered part of the team upon request.
Teams can request removal from the league with a $100 per person fee.
All scores in A flight win prizes.
Lowest 2 scores in flights B & C.
All rounds are video recorded.
Cheating results in disqualification (score of 72 for missed or disqualified rounds).
Teams may request to play on a different day or swap days with another team.
Top 8 gross score teams enter the Birdie’s Cup Championship.
Bracket will be determined by the final scoring of the regular season.
Single-elimination stroke play, split 2 man team scramble format.
Matches are 15 holes, with winners advancing.
Ties are resolved via closest to the pin.
