1. Items included in rental agreement

One single full set of at least 12 golf clubs and bag are included in the rental agreement. Golf balls and/or tees are not included in the rental agreement and do NOT need to be purchased as part of rental clubs. Those items will be provided free.

Multiple players are permitted to use the same rental club set without additional fee.

2. Rental Period

The rental period shall commence on upon payment and end when the bay booking has concluded. The equipment must be returned where they were picked up.

3. Rental Fee

The total rental fee is $25 payable upon the signing of this agreement. This fee includes all charges related to the rental of the equipment.

4. Use of Equipment

The renter agrees to use the equipment only for the purposes of playing golf. The renter shall not misuse the equipment or use it in a way that could cause damage.

5 . Maintenance and Care

The renter agrees to maintain the equipment in good condition and to return it in the same condition as it was received, except for ordinary wear and tear.

6. Loss or Damage

The renter shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment during the rental period, except for normal wear and tear. In the event of significant damage or loss, the renter agrees to pay the full cost of repair or replacement.

Any loss or damage to golf clubs or bags that are not related to normal wear and tear will result in a $30 fee per broken or stolen item. i.e. club or bag.

7. Liability Waiver

The renter waives any claims against Birdie's Golf Lounge for any injuries or damages related to the use of the rented equipment.

8. Return of Equipment

The equipment must be returned to the location from which it was rented. Failure to return the equipment on time will result in additional charges.

9. Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds or cancellations for rental clubs.
